Me
I began my journey in professional photography creating art with black and white film. Hours in the darkroom felt like minutes as I worked in total amazement, watching my photographs appear on blank paper like true magic.
Even though I do not shoot with film anymore, it still holds an important place in my heart. Black and white film is where my roots are. It’s where my story truly begins.
My journey continued on as I received an Associates of Arts Degree in photography and now as I live out my dream with every click of the shutter.
My Style
I feel photography is more than just documenting what a person looks like. It is about capturing a slice of life and preserving a moment of time. It’s about capturing each person’s unique story complete with bare feet, bright colors, candid emotions and just a touch of whimsy.
My style is non-traditional, with extreme crops and filled with real life. Some of the best photographs are born out of the most unexpected moments; moments full of candor and expression; the moments when people are feeling true emotion and not waiting to be photographed. These moments are the true Art in Life.

Hi! I came across your site when looking up natural light photographers! I am interested in becoming just a natural light photographer. Hi Angela,
I was looking for a special song to add to a maternity slideshow for an uncoming session and ended up on your site. I spent a lot of time here and loved every minute of it. Your work is beautiful! I think if we lived in the same town, we would be friends! The Lord has given you an amazing gift- keep using it for Him!
